Our wide range of products includes packaging services that ensure the correct storage of goods in optimal environmental conditions, respecting and guaranteeing international regulations.
We have a modern warehouse of 6.000m2 on a plot of 10.000m2 located in Bergara (Gipuzkoa) with equipment equipped for high tonnage packaging with forklift up to 20 tons and overhead cranes up to 80 tons.
Since 2019 we have a new 10,000m2 warehouse and logistics center in the Zaramillo neighborhood of Gueñes (Bizkaia).
Design
and manufacturing
We have our own technical office for packaging design and container filling for air, sea or land transport of your goods. In each project you will receive the plans, designs and photos of the work done, always with the aim of satisfying our customers to the maximum.
Management and administration
We take care of all the management required for each shipment so that your shipment arrives correctly documented and labeled at its destination.
Packaging of the
merchandise
It is carried out by means of exclusive and additional manipulations. Possibility to work with goods up to 105T in our facilities and without weight limitation in port or customer’s facilities.

Labeling and special protective treatments
We condition your merchandise so that it arrives in perfect conditions. We make use of shock control systems, load inclination and humidity level.
Against damage to the goods contained therein due to risks inherent in handling by mechanical means, long distance transport, outdoor storage.
Physical-chemical
Against the effects of water, water vapor, saline air, dust, temperature, solar rays, microorganisms, electrical charges, etc. (alone or in combination).
Mechanical
Against the effects of acceleration, vibration, shock, or compression (alone or combined).
Waterproofing (inner lining) of body and cover against humidity, wetting by rainwater, contaminating dust, salt spray deposits and sunlight.
Internal reinforcement (shoring, formwork) of body, cover and bottom, against vertical and lateral crushing by compression.
External reinforcement (angles, plates) of upper horizontal long edges, against lateral crushing by compression or wear by abrasion.

Embalan3 has facilities of 10,000m2 located in Bergara (Gipuzkoa) and a logistics center of 15,000m2 in the Zaramillo district of Gueñes (Bizkaia) with equipment equipped for the packaging of large tonnage with Forklift up to 20 tons and overhead cranes up to 80 tons.
