Quality Policy
EMBALAN3, S.L. openly states its intention to offer competitive services to all its customers; for this reason, has implemented a quality management system within the organization, whose main objective is to achieve the satisfaction expected by customers, through established processes based on a process of continuous improvement in its service of Design and manufacture of industrial wood packaging.
The quality management system of EMBALAN, S.L. is designed so that the services provided by the organization during the integral manufacture of industrial packaging are carried out correctly and efficiently, using the appropriate means to achieve maximum results.
In order to fulfill the proposed objectives, the quality management system established by EMBALAN3, S.L., based on the reference standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001, is supported by the following basic pillars established by the Management:
To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, including the parties interested in the company’s results, in all matters relating to the performance of our activities and their impact on society.
Establish objectives and goals focused on the evaluation of quality performance, as well as continuous improvement in our activities, regulated in the Management System that develops this policy.
Compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation and regulations to our business, the commitments made to customers and all those internal rules or guidelines for action to which EMBALAN3; S.L. is subject.
Motivate and train all personnel working in the organization, both for the correct performance of their job and to act in accordance with the requirements imposed by the Standard of reference.
Maintaining fluid communication both internally, between the different levels of the company, as well as with clients.
Evaluating and guaranteeing the technical competence of our personnel, as well as ensuring their adequate motivation to participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.
To guarantee the correct state of the facilities and adequate equipment, in such a way that they are in correspondence with the activity, objectives and goals of the company.
To guarantee a continuous analysis of all relevant processes, establishing the pertinent improvements in each case, based on the results obtained and the established objectives.
These principles are assumed by the Management, which has the necessary means and provides its employees with sufficient resources to comply with them, and makes them known to the public through this Quality Policy.
